This is a beautiful embroidered Mexican folk art vest. No tags, will fit approximately size XL - see measurements below.
Front of item is thick black velvet with cotton trim and heavy embroidery. Backis satin acetate-type fabric and front is lined in same fabric.
Item fastens with two buttons at front, ties at back waist.
